The Hospital is WAY too hard, even with cutting down Zombies with the knife and trying to reload i'm incapable of getting through the third stage, like, no cap, cut the number of Zombies in HALF and its STILL annoying most likely. Why? Why make it so overbearing? Cmon man.

So much zombie i can't pass the hospital with 50 bullet
is there a trick to get the hospital level? every time i run out of ammo
If you let the zombies get close enough, you can cut them with a knife (using the right mouse button), and for each kill you’ll get 3 bullets
How to sell items?
There is a vendor in the higher floors
